The villa is conveniently located just a 35-minute drive from Krabi International Airport and just less than 2-hours from Phuket International airport. We are happy to help assist you with transport arrangements to and from the airport during your stay.

The minimum stay is 2 nights with the exception at Christmas and New Year where this is extended slightly. 

The check-in time is 2pm, early check-in may be requested but is not guaranteed. On your arrival you will be welcome (to the extent possible) by our villa manager whom will take you around the villa and its surroundings and will give you tips for your stay regarding what to do, where and how. The villa must be vacated by 11am at the latest on the day of check-out. During the hours of 11am to 2pm our housekeeping staff will fully check, clean and prepare the villa for the next incoming guests.

Yes, we offer short, medium and long term rental options. You can check availability using our calender on our booking page. Please contact us here for any medium or long term rental queries.

Yes, you can rent a car or arrange tours to explore Krabi and its many attractions. Our villa manager can assist with these arrangements. Driving in Krabi is quite easy and relaxed with newly constructed well conditioned roads, we highly recommend you ensure you have comprehensive travel insurance in place and make sure you bring your international driving licence should you want to rent a vehicle. 

Our villas offer stunning views of the Andaman Sea, the lily-covered Koi lake, and the beautiful Khao Thong mountain. Issara is situated directly on the coastline whilst Sontaya is located on our beautiful lake.

 Our villas come equipped with modern amenities including air-conditioning, full fibre Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, built in drinking water to the kitchens, tea and coffee facilities en-suite bathrooms, monsoon showers, smart TV, and private outdoor spaces. Issara has it's own private swimming pool and splash pool. We also provide daily housekeeping, gardening, pool servicing, and our villa manager who is on hand to help you during your stay. We are happy to provide fish food for you to enjoy feeding our beautiful Koi and a travel cot, high-chair and table tennis table are available upon request (subject to availability). Breakfast and lunch can be provided and on-site massage, cooking classes and Thai language lessons can be arranged (additional charges). Please visit our amenities page for more information.

Yes, our villa manager will be on hand to welcome you and assist throughout your stay. Our dedicated staff offers daily housekeeping, gardening, pool servicing, and maintenance. They are always happy to help with any requests you may have.

The area offers a range of activities including kayaking, fishing, golf, scuba diving, snorkeling, yoga, wellness spas, cycling, and visiting local temples and natural attractions. Furthermore you can enjoy swimming, table tennis, private cooking classes or massage directly at the villas. Please visit our 'Things To Do' page for more information.

 Enjoy dinner or drinks at the adjacent spectacular Khao Thong, or dine in the unique forest setting at Into the Forest a 10 minute drive away. Both options offer memorable culinary experiences.  Our villas are approximately a 25-30 minute drive from Krabi Town, Ao Nang, Nopparat Thara and Nong Talay areas where you will find a wide variety of dining options to suit all tastes including Thai, western, fine dining or afternoon tea, . Our guest book provides a list of restaurants and our villa manager is happy to assist with any needs.

Yes, children are very welcome at our villas. We can provide a cot for babies or high chair upon request, subject to availability. Children must be accompanied at all times, our villa gardens are located directly upon water (both the lily lake and Andaman sea). Our two king-size bedrooms in Issara are accessed via our outdoor covered walkway, therefore you may want young children to stay in the same room as parents/gardians.

A local laundry service can be arranged via our staff. The local laundry service will collect and return your clothes directly to the villa and you pay the laundry service direct. The price is dependent upon weight.

We do not allow pets or animals to any of our villas. Please note, we are not responsible for any animals belonging to neighbours moving around the properties.

All our properties are non-smoking and smoking is not permitted inside any of the villas. Smoking is only allowed outside with an ashtray. For more information please refer to our full terms and conditions here.
